The Aspire team believe that we are pretty much up to date with our records.  If you learner has or had a break in learning during the pandemic up to 31 July 2021, you should check your records to ensure that they match with ours. Please see a note below from the Apprenticeship web pages

Get ready for R14

The deadline for correcting errors in your apprenticeship service account for the 2020 to 2021 academic year (R14) is 6 pm on 21 October 2021.

It is important that the data in your apprenticeship service account matches your training providers Individualised Learner Record (ILR).  Errors can impact on the payment your training provider will receive.  Errors occurring in the 2020 to 2021 academic year that are amended after R14 deadline at 6 pm 21 October 2021 will not release the payment for your provider.

If you do not correct any errors until the last minute, you run the risk of not having made any changes by the deadline to guarantee payments.

If you need help, you can call 08000 150 600 and talk to an advisor or get in touch with your Aspire Team representative.  Some issues may take some time to resolve, and it may not be possible to clear those raised very close to the deadline, so we strongly recommend that you work with us and take prompt action to ensure your account is correct.
