Apprentice Office Administrator - Redbridge
A Property Management company based in Ilford are looking for an office administrator/ receptionist for their small office.
Someone with an interest in business administration or property services will suit this role. The company is a by-product of an already established and successful property booking business in Stratford. Due to demand the director has now developed the Property Management business. The director needs an extra pair of hands to support this growing business and to carry out the following duties;
•    Supporting director in all admin related duties of property management
•    Help prepare contracts and renewals
•    Preparing inventory paperwork
•    Managing workman, contractors and services to properties
•    Responding to phone and e-mail correspondence
•    Communications to director when he is out of office
•    Diary Management

The right candidate will have a good work ethic, be reliable and self motivated. Good communication skills are a must and a full UK driving licence would be beneficial if the candidate wishes to develop their skills in property services, but not necessary if candidate wants to develop within administration

•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Qualifications required
•    Must have A*-C GCSE in Maths or equivalent
